In honor of the holiday, we want to tell you about strong women with disabilities.

 

Trischa Zorn has been blind since birth. She is the most successful Paralympian in history, having won 55 medals, including 41 gold at the Paralympics.

 

Aaron Rose Phillip suffers from cerebral palsy. She became a successful model, closing the Moschino brand show.

Tammy Duckworth is in a wheelchair. In 2017, she became a US senator from the state of Illinois.

 

These women are examples of how strength of spirit and determination can overcome any obstacle.
