Ola Kondratowa
10 yo
Ola is a unique and curious girl who fights for her development every day.
Ola is 8 years old. She has been struggling with health problems since the first days of her life. First, there were difficulties in her physical development, and over time, also in her mental development.
The girl remains under the constant care of specialists and has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, secondary mitochondrial dysfunction, and connective tissue dysplasia. In addition, she has complete lactose intolerance, which also affects her physical development and overall well-being.
She needs intensive rehabilitation and the support of many therapists every day. She regularly participates in classes with a physical therapist, sensory integration therapist, neuro-speech therapist, neuropsychologist, and TUS therapist. Regular work brings results – Ola is making progress, developing new skills, and coping better and better with everyday challenges. However, even a short break in therapy causes regression and a reversal of the results achieved.
Olha is an extremely creative and sensitive child. She loves to draw, sing, and participate in activities that develop her imagination. She really wants to have friends, enjoys every contact with her peers, and is happy when she achieves new, even the smallest, “peaks.”
Systematic rehabilitation is a step towards Olha's independence and a fuller life, and each day of work with therapists brings her closer to new successes and independent achievements. 💛
